Do not email game files, executable files, save backups, passwords or other sensitive information. Keep a local save backup before troubleshooting browser storage.
Before contacting support
Check the loading and storage guide, keyboard controls and first-match instructions. Desktop Chrome is the supported browser. Edge, mobile touch play and multiplayer are not supported in this release.
