Game stuck loading or blank after Start single player
Keep the tab open while the resource download completes. Check the status message for the failing stage. Return to launcher, check your connection and retry. Your completed download chunks and previous valid installation are kept. If the runtime download fails, reload the page and try again. Repeated black screens can indicate a graphics problem rather than missing game files.
No WebGPU or graphics adapter
Use an up-to-date desktop Chrome, enable “Use graphics acceleration when available” in browser system settings and restart the browser. Update your graphics driver where applicable. Remote desktops and virtual machines may not expose a usable GPU. This release has no WebGL fallback. Edge remains unverified; Safari, Firefox and mobile touch play are not officially supported.
Cross-origin isolation unavailable
The engine needs SharedArrayBuffer and COOP/COEP response headers. Open this site directly over HTTPS, rather than inside another website’s frame. If this check still fails, retry after a site update; importing a different folder will not fix server headers.
Wrong version or missing files
Select the installed PC game’s root folder with the supported executable, Data and Audio. A different executable is rejected before changing your active installation. The Lite or Regular launcher option supplies a matching package.
Download interrupted or storage full
Choose the same version to resume an interrupted download. Free disk space and allow site storage. Safe replacement temporarily needs room for both installations. Failed imports keep the previous active installation. Export saves before clearing browser data. Private browsing and automatic browser storage eviction can remove the installation.
Keyboard or toolbar not responding
Click the game screen to focus it. Use S to select and W to go back, rather than assuming Enter and Esc navigate every menu. Press Esc to release mouse capture before clicking toolbar buttons. The controls guide lists the tested batting and bowling inputs.
No commentary in Lite
Lite intentionally excludes commentary and most music. Choose Get Regular if you want those files; the upgrade retains native saves. Click inside the game to allow browser audio, then check the toolbar mute setting.
Another tab is using the game
Close the other session or let its import finish. Imports, game sessions and save operations share one lock to avoid conflicting writes.
Where did my saves go?
Saves belong to this browser and exact website address. Clearing site data, changing browsers or using another device does not transfer them. Restore an exported JSON save backup from the launcher. Refreshing does not preserve an unfinished match.
